Strange co-incidences: I see there's a controversey in Australia over a deceased politician regarding alleged child sex claims. The man just died of cancer before he faced court although some journalists are saying he committed suicide ( I guess the doctors lied)

I've been following this case as I've always been fascinated by the Lindy Chamberlain / Dingo Lady case which has cropped up in connection with the McCanns, with Mrs Chamberlain defending the McCanns against media speculation.

Although I can't site the sources, I see she is also defending this late poltiician as he is basically the one who secured her release from jail on false charges of murder when he was Opposition Leader of the Northern Territory. Lindy Chamberlain says she was aware of rumours for years that NT police were out to get this politician because of the way he showed them up as being completley incompetant-if not corrupt.

Think how badly they handled the Peter Falconio disappearance and how they treated Joanne Lees so badly. Ms Lees was sure she was going to be charged with her boyfriends murder although the real murderer was finally found and convicted ( but not through the efforts of the NT police)

But concerning the politician: the charges arose when 3 young men walked into 3 seperate police stations, 1000's of kilometres apart, on the same day and made similar allegations going back 20 years or so.

Would police conspire in this manner ?..surely not

Perhaps that explains her column in which I clearly remember her stating that all men are 'potential paedophiles' and went onto advise her readership to trust 'no-one.' Are you certain she was being entirely honest with you? Her points of view that I have read with my own two eyes are certainly in stark contrast to the bleeding heart you portray. Jane Moore exercising her lungs on behalf of sex offenders just doesn't ring right. Unless she has a split personality.

Believe me she is a very intelligent and tolerant and liberal lady; she has to toe the party line to an extent but she is sympathetic and supportive.

Indeed, we go back a long time and she's married to my good friend Gary Farrow but she has been seriously supportive and continues to be so and I think she makes very good points most of the time.

It's OK Chrissy, as you have now discovered Mr King requires you to fawn over him and his 'friends' so as to boost his ever decreasing ego. Any form of criticism will mean you'll be scrubbed off his little list of sycophants, and you'll probably find he never took any of your posts seriously, and I suspect secretly regards you and others here as sad little men sucking up to a former celebrity. The reality is that Mr King loves Mr King and the rest of the world is wrong and screwed up, which is of course why he was able to keep on reoffending as he was always mightier than the law. I do take some satisfaction that my two teenage sons have never heard of him, "Jonathan who?"...which is just as well..but I always warn them that should they ever happen upon him to run like hell!!
