It is worth considering this statement in light of the many accusations against HIM.

As we know, media is not keen to sue for precisely the same reason. I think Harry and Meghan have made many mistakes but a great deal more has unfairly been done to them - mainly by the media.

Take the "what colour will the baby be?" comment; now both he and Meghan admit it was NOT a racist comment. It was no different to "wonder whether it will be a boy or a girl?". Not sexist at all. Why has Harry's plummy voice now merging into Gordon Ramsay's voice?

TV and newspaper are a dying medium.

Facebook and other social fact checkers are clueless when it comes to news.

Youtube are filtering alternative news outlets but if you look hard enough you will find uncensored news that are not soundbites or 15 second clip or so to fit an agenda.

Give it time nearly all online will be subscription, if there is too many clickbait articles and adverts people will be bored going through guff to read a story.

Meghan said that there were "concerns" about the baby's colour, (her husband confirmed) and that he was denied the same opportunities as a white person would be entitled to. (the titles and protection bollocks)
This is the exact definition of racism.

They accepted the Ripple Award against structural racism within the royal family.

They recently reinforced their claims on their show.

The people on their payroll say the same thing, with their (on camera) approval.

This is not the press.(separate issue) This is from their own mouths. Repeatedly.

I don't expect the press to sue for one minute. It would not be in their interest, and Harry's accusations might very well be true.

There are such a lot of damaging accusations about Harry and his wife that are too awful to consider as true.

His book confirms the (beyond trivial) press claims about the fall out with his sister in law, contradicts his wife's version, and vindicates the press he was complaining about in the first place!

If his assumption is that you should sue for a false accusation,
why hasn't he?
His STOOOPID comment leads everyone to assume that the rest (very serious) is true, but I suppose that's insanity and exploitation for you.

The press wouldn't win a lawsuit against them. If the press did win it would come out the tax payers like everything else.

The royal family nor the government have their own money. It's our money.
