If some one was making a false accusation, wouldn't be good to look at phones?

There was a case about 15 years ago or so. An older who woman was sucking off teenagers at an industrial estate in exchange for weed or booze no doubt.

I think it was in Midlands. She said she was raped but one of the teens recorded the blow jobs and her other activities.

When the video on the phone was shown in court the jury went against her.

I think it will depend on how it is applied. The law will still allow requests for data where considered "necessary and proportionate". So this would seen to leave scope in certain circumstances where phone comms are central - to request the data.

Hopefully common sense may prevail in application. A blanket request to have the phones of all women, whatever the details of the allegations, does seem too intrusive to me.

Probably but you will be surprised what addicts will do for anything. She was the adult it's like female teachers that want to fuck underage lads.

If you are drunk or drugged you cant consent, and without consent it is rape.

Each case is different, but it would stop me being able to report it.
My phone contains private therapeutic conversations with vulnerable people, that I can never disclose. How could I violate them by revealing the contents?

Just another case that shows criminalizes drugs is hopeless and it should be a health issue.

If Portugal can do it and rapidly decrease the number of addicts the UK can.

BCP council (Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) have pretty much giving up on addicts and let them do their thing. There was a lot of rehab centre's that started in the 1980's in Boscombe, but most of the addicts relapsed and were stranded in Dorset. A corrupt landlord with the council in his pocket (Can I name JK) and were moved in to pokey bedsits which were then turning in to drug dens. The tennets were told to sign on but there is not a job market around the area. I know there's trouble everywhere but I only witness the rough side of society when I go to Dorset. I did see a knife in Salisbury a few years ago. The argument was over some split beer FFS.

The hotels are mostly looked after and manned by foreign nationals who actually do work and do a great job looking after them. However a lot of them are now turning to flats by the government to house the boat people with no documents. I have read the people who come over are UN soldiers. Which must mean "Men of fighting age" which the media use to describe them.

If go to Garrison towns many soldiers I see are under 5'8.
