Fighting False Accusers - reach relations 2 Years, 5 Months ago
You would not believe the amount of evidence that can be gathered from relatives and friends - most trying to support their girl or boy but almost all contradicting dozens of key assertions the liars have made - without realising. One false accuser in my 2018 "debacle" was furious when we found his mother, who confirmed all kinds of evidence that the son was lying. They will loyally swear and sign documents which confirm the Carl Beeches of this world are not just wrong but deliberately trying to pervert the course of justice. And they keep on digging - further evidence against their brother, son, daughter, father, mother whilst all the time thinking they are backing them up. The road to Hell is paved with good intentions. Bear this in mind if you ever fall victim to false accusers.

once again why you need a Rumpole of The Bailey who can take witnesses down uncharted waters and then spring a surprise upon them.

4,900 views for this thread. And several messages asking specific questions. YES - when you examine statements you'll often find false accusers, in attempts to verify their claims, mention aspects that, with further investigation, open massive cans of worms. What they think is simply a passing explanation for behaviour can reveal shocking aspects of their behaviour - or that of friends, colleagues or family members.

It's not so much "spring a surprise" Hedda (I'm not convinced I approve of some barrister tactics). It's often showing that the False Accusers are either deliberately lying (as in the case of the liar mentioned above) or are genuinely confused, having convinced themselves (often due to media coverage of cases) that they WERE abused. I'm sure that the George Pell case provoked dozens of similar accusations against priests (some true, most false, all exaggerated). Likewise the Cliff and Gambo coverage. Ditto the football coach scandals. I used to say NEVER become a teacher. These days it's NEVER become a sports coach (especially of young players). Or a Doctor or Foster Parent or MP or, recently, even a police officer!

And false accusers, being often habitual liars, shoot themelves firmly in the foot. In my 2018 debacle (I've mentioned this before) we were pretty certain one liar had been a "rent boy" at a plush hotel, providing services for wealthy clients. We asked the Judge in legal argument if we could question him about this. She asked if we had proof. We admitted we did not, so she refused to allow the matter to be raised. Then, on the stand, on oath and losing his temper, on being questioned whether or not he, like so many false accusers, was actually after money, he shouted "I was making £500 a week at that hotel." In modern money that's £2000 a week - £100,000 a year. As a 14 year old (we proved he was 16 but he insisted he'd been 14). The judge looked at me. One juror winked at me. Case closed.

I'll never forget the look on the faces of 4 or 5 Jurors - remember, none of them had been present for the "Legal Argument" when we asked the Judge to allow us to question the liar about whether he had been providing sexual services to clients at his hotel. But still those Jurors saw the obvious - no teenager earned £100,000 a year as a junior waiter unless they were "servicing" some other need. And they spotted which likely need that was.
Mind you, it probably went over the heads of the other 7 Jurors. Which says it all.

you're a great fan of these right wingers..as for the Tates I have not a scintilla of knowledge although I suspect a stitch up is coming.
The False Allegations Industry more often than not falls along political lines which is why I find myself at odds with many I agree with.
As a Card Carrying Champagne (formerly..tea total now) socialist I find myself at odds with my fellow travelers who are out in force today at Cardinal Pell's funeral in Sydney (one "comedy" program thinks it's a real thigh slapper with their antics) yet when I was living in the UK old Conservatives like Harvey Proctor would have been my cup of tea and I'd like to think I'd be pals with him.
But you could have opposing political views then but still have drinks and dinner together..with today's lot it's strictly forbotten.
## today's Tories are a ghastly lot and Starmer's "Labour" not much better. Real shame the UK Greens are not all powerful as they are in Germany & Australia.

Think you are correct about the Tate stitch up, sounds a ghastly type of fellow, but that is not a reason to be prosecuted.
Romania has never been a hotbed of legal honesty, one of the reasons they didn't make the cut for Schengen.

This could be the year that the False Allegations Industry gets dealt a death blow. The Mason Greenwood case is interesting. Career possibly ruined; life damaged; all due to False Accusers. A few - very few - are beginning to spot the crooks (and their enablers - bent cops and corrupt, opportunist lawyers).
Bring them down!
