"Up to" 88%, but in the small print it gives the impression of being nearer fifty. Which is terrible of course, but I have ran out of patience with the "up to any bollocks I can think of" journalism. The phrase should be banned.

I was just being fair to our dear old friend Covid - which was "up to" 0.1% (or whatever it was) but wasn't even that, of course, what with the peculiar notion of "died with" that up to 99% of our population unquestioningly accepted when it was introduced to our lexicon from about April 2020 up to the present day and counting...
