This is NEWS. Fine have people on saying how sad they are
BUT DON'T TELL ME WHAT I OUGHT TO FEEL.
I'm NOT sad. I never met him. I didn't know him.
Putin is "threatening".
No he's not - he's saying.
It might well be a threat. That's what I'll decide when I hear/see/read it.
But news is giving information.
NOT telling us to think of it conforming with the news AGENDA.
I'm sure the Russian news agenda tells their viewers a very different story.
Equally inaccurate.

For decades the populist Ratings & Profit state echo-chamber, wants to tell us what to think not how to think.
