British society and law says 14 & 15 year olds are old enough to consent to murder - and be jailed for it - but not old enough to consent to sex (where their partners are jailed).

If they had wanked poor Colin off instead of killing him, HE'D have been jailed.

You make a very good point, JK. From what I pick up on my travels around Britain, more and more people are beginning to ask serious questions about the British legal system. Unfortunately, the mass media don't seem to have the courage to take the same step. They are far more comfortable talking about Diana or the Beckhams.
