captures my darling starlings and their magnificent murmurations - I think my favourite "bird" thing. I made friends - indeed, lovers - with baby starlings by the Serpentine in the first 2020 lockdown. Every day they would line up on my bare arms and hop, one at a time, down to my hand to grab a crumb. I adored them and still visit (since they grew too big to perch on me, they line up on the back of the bench). Japanese tourists loved it. I must be on a hundred snaps.
