Again, it is SOOO obvious the problem is NOT Ofsted or even whether a school is good or bad. It's how someone reacts to criticism or reprimand. SUICIDE is NOT an option and anyone who thinks it or does it does not deserve to be in charge of anything and should be removed and treated.

There's a lot of people with fragile personalities and egos. I used to love accepting constructive criticism at work most of the time they were right.
Agree with all of this and also - why is the assumption made that the inspection played a major part in her suicide? Schools need to be inspected, anyway, as they exist for children, not the staff. It is part of the deal.
