Does the media, do the police, do the public, do YOU not accept that the majority of cases collapsing are because they are exaggerations or even lies and the perpetrator realises this and does not want to risk prosecution for perjury or attempting to pervert or even, sometimes, does not want it on their conscience that they sent an innocent person to prison? DOH!
