TRUMP - using the law to break the law 2 Years, 2 Months ago
I'm not a Trump fan. I dislike many of his policies and hate some (immigration). But yet again we see (like Boris and PartyGate or Starmer with BeerGate) politics using the law to break the law. Through a trivial, stupid issue (did he pay off a blackmailer?) they might avoid him standing again for President (and almost certainly win as those "on the fence" or "anti" like me would support him). Cunning, nasty but just another example of humanity obeying media stories.

Watching "independent" commentators in media - all anti-Trump (the majority) are using words and terms to denigrate Trump's position. All pro-Trump are talking "witch hunts". Virtually nobody in the middle comments from an unbiased position. Because, of course, few of us have the time or inclination to have an in-depth consideration. Just as with Boris. Just as with Starmer. Just as with Macron. Just as with Putin. Like the scorpion and the frog, logic is suffocated by nature.

I think the Dems are scared of him running again. They have thrown every insult and allegation against him.

Oh yes that's certain GM. 36 counts. This is the way prosecutors work. In all my trials many ridiculous false claims were initially charged (for media purposes). Dozens get dropped as it goes to trial (usually not reported by media - why kill a good story?). In all my cases I think there were 45 false accusers. 5 made it to conviction; 45 failed to do so.

Going to refrain from inputting into this one. I find Trump so utterly odious (not the media spin - but what comes out of his own mouth) that I haven't hope of any objectivity.

We're well aware of that Hedda and that's part of the problem; people with legitimate claims are unable to get justice (and money) due to the high cost of sueing (and often, even, of getting paid or their costs recovered, if they win). Whilst others (wealthy or funded) can use the system for political or malicious reasons.

My feeling is it's all over for him.
He shouldn't have left the Democrats. Bill Clinton loved getting a BJ for Monica. Then lied about. The Biden's are corrupt to the core but the Rinos are part of the problem.
