TOPIC: Long queues at Dover
#232362
Long queues at Dover 2 Years, 2 Months ago
Media expresses amazement! As do all those Brexit voters stuck in cars and coaches for 18 hours.
For God's sake - what did they expect?
Brexit means long delays at all exits and entrances, obviously.
Media and voters KNEW this when they voted.
We have "taken back control".
I'm looking forward to when stupids try to return and are not allowed back into the UK for some technical reason.
Especially when they voted FOR Brexit.
Why? Because they have non functioning brains which could only work one cell at a time, preferably by using tabloid slogans.
DOH!

Stupid Brexit. But mainly, stupid voters who wanted Brexit without thinking and stupid media that encouraged the morons.

If you're reading this stuck in a queue for hours and you voted for Brexit, remember you took back control.

You could just get a rubber dinghy or cheap row boat. Border Force will sort you out.

When will it occur to them that there has not been one single improvement to life in the UK since Brexit, and much that has sharply deteriorated? Is the illusion of greater freedom worth this decline?

Boris gave us the worst deal and to me it's Brexit in name only.

What should have been in the deal GM that wasn't to make it Brexit?

Passports being checked would have had to be in any withdrawal deal. That is Brexit in more than name, for one. And is why travel chaos on certain routes at certain times of the year is now a permanent feature of UK life.

Still waiting for anyone to point me to a benefit of Brexit.

Yes it was a stupid trivial unimportant issue that should never, ever have been given a referendum. Cameron's greatest disaster.

The deal was too fool the gullible even more Wyot.

I can't think why the British people want to go France? Majority of the French hate you but they love your money.

The Irish hate you but I do adore you Wyot.

Even the Dutch want you out of their country and out off the Red Light District.

You make it sound like the Dutch want me specifically out of their red light district!

very sad watching the whole Brexit shamozzole and intrigued that my more right wing UK pals are furious they can no longer slip abroad so easily.

It was all about giving Johnny Foreigner a bloody nose. You'll never convince me otherwise.

Just Brits in general.

No country likes Britain specifically the English.

Apart from USA or those coming here for free hotels and dole money. Even then they see English residents as fools and weak.
