Absolutely delightful, gentle movie. I've been a fan of both Jim Broadbent and Penelope Wilton for decades (Mike Leigh - genius Director who nurtured great British acting talent). The Director of this made Normal People (which I also loved). But the amazing thing for me is - how on earth did this film get made? It surely won't make any money (though it deserves to). It has virtually no plot. But it's so well written, so well acted and so deliciously filmed. Thank heavens there are still people making movies for creative, artistic reasons and not just financial ones.
