Prime Minister 2 Years, 1 Month ago

Anyone else agree the Monarch should select the Prime Minister. He or she could rule for 5 years; then a new one appointed. Democracy would continue with elections etc and ministers selected by the PM. Of course they would make mistakes, as in the past, but could anyone be worse than the recent lot? For me, Princess Anne would be a good PM.
