You can't compare streaming figures, where someone has clicked on a link for free, with someone going out and buying a 7" single of a song, in which case "One Step Further" by Bardo has to be one of the most successfull non-winners of Eurovision, getting no.2 in the uk charts. There is definitely a recency bias in these shows where Tik-Tok and Instragram seem to be hugely influential, whatever they are.
