TOPIC: I wondered why I got so little assistance from the IOPC
#234730
I wondered why I got so little assistance from the IOPC 2 Years ago
in 2018 when there were numerous chunks of evidence that Surrey Police had breached regulations and even broken the law regarding my failed prosecution and subsequent acquittal - I got no response at all from Michael Lockwood, then boss of the IOPC. Despite numerous requests I was met by a blank wall. I stressed that this was a vital test case - an example of how Surrey Police represented failings in ALL British Police forces. A clear and present danger to our system that had existed for decades.
Nothing. No interest. No response.

And yes - anybody questioning whether Karma exists - remember Max Clifford (who started the witch hunt against me in 2000, before any police got involved)...

But having pointed this out, in both the Clifford and the Lockwood cases, who knows whether the accused were actually guilty or victims? Only them and their complainers. But the media created atmosphere is so different these days, we cannot any longer trust the system to get it right.

Yes, they did TWICE in my case but by getting it WRONG first time around, they made the later correct decisions pointless (at least to gullible public and media).

Pro-Justice JK wrote, "A clear and present danger to our system that had existed for decades."

A centuries old rigged system cannot fix itself.

'The System's Grim', December 13, 2021, Anne Flynn: "Since graduating in 2019, I have struggled with the idea of going into formal legal practice, meaning forming part and parcel of this exclusionary machine; a cog in a broken system."

We automatically now presume guilt and even in this situation where, even if guilty, the offences seem to have been years ago when both involved were teenagers. It's all an example of the simplification of our species. That is truly terrifying - but in this case it's worse because Lockwood was in a position to do something about it. And chose not to.
