Anyone who kills or torture animals for the sake of it, become very dangerous individuals later in life.

The parents of these kids, need to make sure their own pets are ok and need to look at any unusual and freaky tears and abrasions.

The kids have definitely done this before but they just got caught. I actually quite like seagulls stealing my seafood on the beach or the odd chips. It's better than being burgled bu human trash. God, I hate people.

Terrible. I hope the kids are punished. I agree that they could well turn out to be dangerous to humans too. I have huge respect for RSPCA officers. I don't know how they do their job. It must be hugely stressful and disturbing, and soul-destroying knowing that the most that people who are cruel to animals get is a slap on the wrist.
