Why the ancient fake system creaks on... 1 Year, 10 Months ago
"It is better an innocent man goes to prison than the system be brought into disrepute."
"We shouldn't have all these campaigns to get the Birmingham Six released if they'd been hanged. They'd have been forgotten and the whole community would be satisfied."
Senior Judge, Master of The Rolls 1962-82, Baron Alfred Denning.

Denning was wrong. If they had been hanged they would have become martyrs/hero's.
And I wonder what "community" he means that would be satisfied? And what he meant by "satisfied"?
Interesting philosophical point about better one innocent imprisoned than the system falls into disrepute. Though he was writing about an earlier age before the system had fallen into disrepute.
Largely for failing to reverse real crime rates or take on corporate crime and politicising punishments; not for jailing the innocent.
I think most people on that would agree with the spirit of Denning; assuming it will never affect them.

I.E. The Denning-spirit ancient fake system. Of fake media mass mind-raped shallow ignorant sheeple, aka 'most people'. Falsely assuming it will never affect them, knowing only what they're told/brainwashed to believe on most issues in a supposed 'free society'.
From fake media, to fake courts, to fake banks, to fake wars, all seriously affecting them daily - DOH!
