Except - he HASN'T been freed and media pressure probably means he won't be since everyone now obeys the media, especially when they express OUTRAGE!
My suspicion at the time was that he was "set up" by someone working for the media who persuaded him to look at a site under some pretext or other whilst cameras were rolling. These days SO EASY with smart phones.
The News of the World tried it with me in 2005 but I countered by taking an undoctored photo in exactly the same spot WITHOUT a family in the background (where, in reality, there was a river). And got a statement from the man who hired us the deck chair to film the TV interview I was doing.
