Am I being pedantic here? To point out Daniel Khalife is an innocent man (or does Presumption of Innocence no longer legally exist?) and he did not ESCAPE CUSTODY.
He was allowed to leave Wandsworth Prison.

HOW he was allowed is neither here nor there except for possible prosecution of the prison. But he was allowed to leave. He was not stopped or detained.

And anyway, until the court case is heard, he is INNOCENT. Of ALL charges.

Unless these days CHARGES are the same as GUILT (like complainants, including liars, being told "you will be believed").
