Yes the shop owner was heavy-handed but where is the real story?

Which is that shoplifting has gone through the roof because Police/CPS don't prosecute much of it anymore. Which is because of Gov cuts to core services - as with recent "failures" in schools, NHS, Probation etc.

I am no fan of Starmer but he landed heavy blows on "inaction" man Starmer yesterday in PMQs.

Of course all media and people just go on about race. Which is convenient for the politicians who will wear an arm band or take a knee or something...

I am as exasperated by the people of Peckham protesting outside the shop as the politicians.

Ask yourselves why this shop-keeper was so desperate to protect his stock? Had so little faith in his cctv and Police and CPS? Just who is letting you down brothers & sisters of London?
