Humans should have a right to choose to live wherever they want. Society must then cope. There will be different problems and benefits everywhere (example - nobody with a brain cell would choose to live in the UK if they want to have sex). But free movement is an essential - I suspect, in a few years, we'll be able to choose which planet we want to live on. For God's sake, humanity, grow up and stop being obsessed by tiny, stupid, unimpotant questions. Where should people live? Answer - wherever they like.

Suella's ghastly speech at "Conference" was clearly after getting votes from as many bigots and racists as possible. There aren't many but their voices are loud and they did help push stupid Brexit through. Should we save lives? Yes. Is it easily done? Yes. Is humanity more important than individual countries? Yes. End of.

I think they are making a big mistake thinking that the nastier (sorry tougher!) they get will mean a chance of saving the next election. They have been spewing bile a long time now and continue to flatline.

Those that like the bile and mistake it for strength see that it is just talk, and those that don't like it won't ever vote for them.

Oh for a reasonable middle ground next election...

So now Biden builds THE WALL! FGS - the question is "Do we support humanity or follow national interests?". If the majority believe the second - and voters seem to say that - fair enough. Their children will face the consequences if the species survives.
