Hope he doesn't just get a slap on the wrist. It's clear from the Daily Mail's footage that he's also abusive to his dog and his dog is scared of him. Here's hoping the dog is also taken off him and he's banned from owning pets. If he has a wife or partner, maybe she'd (or he'd) benefit from being rid of him too.

I have great respect for RSPCA officers and don't know how they can do their job. It must be so stressful, especially knowing that sentences for animal cruelty are light.
