Yes it is Jo I stand corrected on that one; but stick by my point that this man does not merit a life sentence.

There are hundreds in prison who have received the same sentence as him, for murdering people.

I forgot Couzens got a very rare whole life tariff. But this guy has no guarantee whatsoever of getting out in 12 years - a parole board would need to agree release, and this can then be reversed by the Sec of State.
