Re:I cannot believe the GAZA situation 1 Year, 6 Months ago
Netanyahu and his cabinet is out of control and by all reports a majority of Israelis oppose him and want him gone.
The Karma Israel is creating is frightening. No good can come of such terrible tactics telling Palestinians to move to certain areas and then bombing them.
The poor children..traumatized for life.
This is like the Warsaw Ghetto and yet Jews take pride, as they should, in the uprising. Hamas have been atrocious but what do you expect when you repress a people for so long..it's human nature to fight back.

Support for Hamas must surely be gaining as the bodies pile up. Hamas must have reckoned on there being an overwhelming response to its atrocities.
I was reading articles in the Jewish Chronicle on Facebook yesterday and noticed that there were very few reactions in terms of likes, etc. or comments. Was wondering how widely read it is in the Jewish community. One person, apparently from Thailand, posted a comment with a link to an article about the deaths in Gaza, and someone else replied calling him a "Jew hater". It was difficult to see the logic there.
I noticed a while ago that David Rose had moved from the Mail on Sunday (or was it the Mail? - can't remember) to the Jewish Chronicle.

I think Israel has simply fallen into the trap set by Hamas, who knew there would be a hugely disproportionate response leading to loss of international support.
Hamas are evil (for want of a better word) along with the Israeli cabinet. Hamas are willing to sacrifice thousands of their own people's lives as well. The situation is just unbearable, as is the belligerence of so many taking a "side" in the conflict. Which evil for you sir?
