I haven't followed the intricacies of this case except to know it was brought by Republican legislators (RINOs?).

Surely all aspects of the Constitution must be respected including the passage this case was brought under?

I expect however it will be overturned in the Trump friendly Supreme Court.

I'm still off Biden (and his grin) over the distressing Palestinian genocide which he could pressure Israel to cease.

He's done well with the US economy but I wonder how the Gaza decimation and criminal destruction will play out domestically in insular USA.
