Barry George - what you won't read in the papers 17 Years, 6 Months ago
For many reasons the self censorship by Editors decrees they ignore certain things...
Like the massive disruption at the appeal from the public gallery when Paul Cleeland (Google him) stood up to shout that the defence were screwing up the case for Barry George.
He was removed but his points were valid - George's new QC has deliberately not been given enough time to get up to speed (partly Barry George's fault but the legal system is meant to protect the vulnerable from self harm, if it truly wants justice).
One key point - many experts say that this tiny piece of "gun" residue may well have nothing at all to do with guns.
The defence, convinced they have a cast iron case that the contamination means it is worthless evidence anyway, have accepted that it IS from a gun but I gather it is almost certainly not.
If I can find out such things, surely the judges should hear and consider the evidence?
The system is broken. Beyond repair in my opinion.

I find the whole thing rather sickening to be honest. It seems apparent that it was a wrongful conviction, the real murderer of Jill Dando has been at large for 8 years.
As I keep saying, if Barry George gets set free, will this open the floodgates for other wrongful convictions and in particular yours JK.
