Sitting quietly in a posh Marrakech hotel I noticed a large group nearby with the teenage son pointing me out to his family. I assumed they were British but no, as they left the father came over to me and said his son had recognised me as an INFLUENCER from Tik Tok or You Tube or somewhere. All in French... did I do a show called something like Victims Bite Back? "Oui, c'est moi".

I hope you book your holidays in blocks. So many young people do now. It's cheaper to live in a hotel abroad than renting a shoe box flat in the UK. Youths are so fucking tech savvy they can get jobs anywhere in the world just by using a laptop and a phone. Go to any coffee shop, you will see students coding all day, drinking coffe after coffee.

Mortages is something we had drummed in to us; but looking back it's just throwing good money all time. What you can get overseas is much better, if you can get a job in Europe that is.
