Crackling Roasted Pork , marinated over night in milk, mustard, garlic and chilli oil with apple. Bacon fat enriched Roasted potatoes. Roasted Butternut Squash. Jerusalem Artichoke and Bacon gravy. You should have finished with a traditional English Pudding and Custard...Die Hard 4 is a bit like finishing a gourmet meal with a McShake & Apple Pie;)
Nice main course,I'm marinating some Pork myself overnight in a bouquet of local natural herbs & Red Wine.Too busy today to cook properly:unsure:
