So the PM and Kier have plans to cap legal migration/visas. However there is nothing stopping people from coming to the UK by boat still.

The UK does not have international waters and no PM will have the bollocks to leave ECHR not even Farage if he ever did become a PM, which won't EVER.

Do Lab,Con and Lib think we have forgotten about Covid lockdowns?!
