The point about this is not whether people should have the right to call themselves anything they like - they should though in many cases it's absurd - nor whether protection should be given to certain vulnerable people of all genders - it should - but whether Labour can persuade anybody their sole concern is not just to please every voter every time over every topic, no matter how trivial.

Their manifesto includes the implementation of a "Football Protection Bill"...to protect smaller football clubs from the ravages of the money men. While leaving the money men in charge of everything.
