Really good point GM. Also Probation Services are at collapse and stopping seeing/monitoring thousands of people in the community. Courts are hopelessly backed up.
There is literally NO justice system functioning in this country to deal with them. This will become very evident in the weeks to come.

Yvette Cooper looks deflated and way out of her depth, a bit like a new teacher teaching a group of Year 10/11 students. When they report to the Principle or Head of Year. The students say we are are leaving the school anyway. So they kids still have the last laugh and make more rowdy mischief.
Yvette Cooper needs to know that everyone is now a Tik Toker, YouTuber or any form of a live streamer. If people are not uploading on Youtube it's either Rumble, BitChute or Gab.
Everyone is uploadeding on the Web. There is more of the public then there is police officers.
Not forgetting there is other crowdfunding sites other than Go Fund Me.
When riots start in the States the police tell business owners to contact the insurance company. It will be the only thing the police will do here. The media only focus on one group the far right but when you look at live streams from the public it's not.
The media have been known to pay for crisis actors. Operation Mockingbird always comes to mind.
The government need to know that people are losing hope with the cost of living etc. So a prison will be cheaper than renting or a paying off a mortgage in dribs and drabs.
People from God knows where, are treated better than hard working tax payers.
Remember the police were bribed to cover Muslim grooming gangs and so were the media.
