I do like Michael Portillo (another who inherited the Entertainment USA mantle without our 10 million viewers) and we've communicated a few times - 90 minutes of him in Sicily is fine for my Saturday night. But why isn't it on the BBC?
He still does the bbc rail travel shows and had a new series out recently. He also does travel shows for ch5 and a sunday morning show on gb news. There is a weekend city break show to Prague on ch5, which is one of my favourite city. Well worth a watch.

Prague is beautiful and has a deep history and culture. Not forgetting the heavy/thrash metal scene
