Funnily enough I reckon he's got more fans and support (including me) from his fantastic battle against the world No1 and my favourite Jannik Sinner. Incredible games from someone so ill he could hardly walk. I think we're seeing the Wimbledon Champion of 2025.
Since it wasn't shown on freeview tv, it would have got minimal viewers. I didn't watch it and wouldn't recognise Jack Draper if I was sat next to him. Like Emma Radacanu who was a top 30 player who won a grand slam without beating a top 10 player and until June this year still hadn't beaten one, Draper is someone who had a lucky run and will never be in the same league as Sinner, Alcaraz, or Djokovic. He will be a footnote in tennis history, although I could be wrong. He's only 22, but most people won their first Wimbledon by 22, if they ever win one.
