All 5 of the last ones this year are highly attractive people as well as great chefs. Sad to see both H and Harry go but the last three are all terrific people. And as they reach the new Michelin starred restaurant I spot my two old friends in photos (I was one of the first clients at Le Gavroche and the Roux brothers were my friends until they died - as remains Michel, Albert's son, who I first met when he was a tiny child).
