See the contestants all nervously holding hands in front of their bodies this week. Really the media has a lot to answer for.

I know most of the Behind the Scenes Strictly people watch this site so please, somebody, tell Otsi to give it another ten seconds before dropping her score sign. It drives me CRAZY!!!

Whatever happened to AJ Pritchard? Bad management? He should be the Fred'n'Ginger of 2024.

He left of his own accord, just before Covid. He thought he was going to be a big star with his brother, but during covid Strictly was the only show in town. Ex-strictly contestants should remember they are not bigger than the show, and the market to watch ex=strictly dancers do a show recedes with each year after leaving the show. Also I notice that Carlos didn't get a partner this year.

Over-ambitious parents, terrible advice from then-agents. Oti was there yesterday - again, awaful management adbvice going to ITV, and she looked like it pained her.

I also thought Montell and Johannes were fantastic, by the way. So sad about AJ. Gorgeous young man; terrific dancer; seems to have blown it.
