I hear too many of these stories, people for a nice holiday park for a getaway then see a caravan for sale. The salesman is very good with their sales pitches and they make it exciting. Sometimes they open some champagne as they sell you a dream.
It does sound exciting, but then pitch fees come through the post and holiday parks can rip you off when you rent out the caravan to the public by undercutting you, you have to do the maths yourself to claw back extra funds. When you want to sell, you might have to give the campsite first refusal, they will offer you very little money but they tell you it's hard to find a private buyer, for the money you are after.
