No Win No Fee No Truth No Honesty 7 Months, 2 Weeks ago
Looking at the detail of past Whiplash cases (they got sussed a few years ago and have virtually dried up now) I notice the danger signs for the "victims" on a No Win No Fee basis was often when the bent solicitors suggested they take out insurance "just in case". In case of what? No Win No Fee surely meant nothing to lose? Oh no. Such things as Fundamental Dishonesty and lying on Statements of Truth meant many "victims" ended up in prison, for Contempt of Court (morning Tommy) or Attempting to Pervert the Course of Justice - and even some passengers or "assistants" went behind bars too, when cases reached court and deliberate lies were exposed. That golden egg at the end of the rainbow ended up being melted into steel bars on a window - or "victims" having to sell their homes.

The term "whiplash" injury was first coined by Harold Crowe in 1928 to define acceleration-deceleration injuries occurring to the cervical spine or neck region.
Now it's accelerated "Sexlash" fake claims?
Always respect true, not fake, victims. Include millions of true victims of fake media/bent cops/lying lawyers.

I can't stand Tommy Robinson but I think it's good that JUdges are starting to see through things people have "got away with" for years. Contempt of Court prison sentences will increase this decade. Wait and see.

An interesting Tweet (X?) from the Editor of the Law Gazette (see Simpson Millar thread) on the seriousness of the Contempt of Court crime - admiring the judge for jailing Robinson for it. Just as people signing Statements of Truth without reading them, assuming lawyers have done so for them. WRONG! Judges will be jailing liars soon. "Oh I made a mistake". "Oh I didn't read it properly".
I was taught when I was a teenager by my beloved mentors Tony Hall and Joe Roncoroni to read every word, every line of anything before signing. It is VITAL.
