Another one locked up by Labour 7 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Filming in public is legal in the UK, jailed for shouting "Tramp". The police need to get out more, they will hear worse.

So another person who has had their life ruined and the poor woman won't be able to get another job in the care sector. Another child will miss his mother over something so silly.

No wonder people hate the police these days, my partner is an ex-officer. We have had numerous discussions about the current police officers. She is happy that she left when she did along with some of her colleagues.

If you have a dangerous dog, oh don't worry about that. www.standard.co.uk/news/crime/birmingham...ingham-b1194371.html

So you can attack the police but don't insult them? www.northamptonchron.co.uk/news/crime/ju...ts-on-police-4866846

This sounds ridiculous on the face of it, but it is nothing to do with Labour. There are no new laws that she is convicted under that were bought in by Labour. If the Tories were still in the same result would occur. Keir Starmer doesn't personally sit on the jury and convict these people

Starmer encouraged the courts to go hard Robbie.

Everything is "far right" to him it has now become a meme.

Meanwhile the Manchester airport attackers who actually viciously attacked multiple police officers and broke the nose of a female one way back in July, FOUR MONTHS AGO, have not yet even been charged, never mind convicted and slung inside, despite clear evidence of the attack on camera for all to witness. What are the CPS waiting for exactly? You know full well thatif they were white young or even elderly men they'd already be doing time for that.

While the Tories should be given no let up for the state they have driven this nation into on so many issues, I'm not sure that if Sunak was still there we'd be seeing this level of minor offences being made custodial like this. I think there is a problem that we have a PM who was once a DPP who may be pulling legal strings somehow in secret and politicing the law in this country to his own ends, which is outrageous.

Decent law abiding middle class middle Britain should feel confidence and respect the police. I'm afraid even many of us no longer do, and that is a very big problem indeed storing up.

Starmer can encourage all he wants, if he in fact did. Robbie is correct, nothing has changed in law, or under sentencing guidelines.

There is now just a boring right reaction to the government - trying to blame it for everything.

I think I have just had a brain-wave GM: let's call it Starmer Derangement Syndrome. I can find loads of clips of "righties" going bonkers with it and post them on here?

I tell you what Wyot, we should adapt to the American approach and bring the First Amendment to the UK.

I can't see why we can't, the Brits follow America anyway such as fashion, pop culture, holidays and terminology.

I think it was Ben Habib (who is a Pakistani-Brit) has said the police and CPS are scared to press charges because they know it will kick off within the Muslim communities and Fatwas will be placed.

Oddly the police were running away in Leeds when they were chased but stood their ground when it was white folk, like I said I am sure the whole thing was set up by the government agents in riots and protests.

Just was wrong with the sign Peter Lynch carried?

Another one is arrested for having the wrong ideology in the UK. I thought 1984 was only a novel but it turns out to be a playbook.

I thought Hamas were a terriost organisation according to the government website. Are the police above the government?

www.gov.uk/government/news/islamist-terr...mas-banned-in-the-uk

Our grandparents fought for WW2 for our freedom or was that a myth?

We now have institutionalised police/CPS cowardice.

Now the police who arrested this man have gone viral for all the wrong reasons. I wonder if they did leave the police force.

From what I can gather the police waited until the early hours to do the arrests, which is how they do it, when you are disoriented and sleepy, which is a coward's way.

If they did it over during the day no doubt the neighbours would have intervened. More and more guns are being bought in America.
