TOPIC: Starmer illiterate?

Starmer illiterate? 6 Months, 1 Week ago
We all knew that as DPP Starmer was bonkers ("you will be believed even if you are lying") but we now find he's illiterate. How can calling someone middle class or middle aged offend????

Why are you being so polite about Starmer?

I was told by a family member, similar age to you JK, who is meeting many people who have never spoken politics with her ever before in her life and who are all now bringing up their horror at Starmer, and some of them are supposed to have voted for him!

The Spectator's latest podcast title today - Is Starmer turning into Rishi Sunak? Yes. He's politically illiterate and just hasn't got a pulse on the national mood at all. Fatal.

A good watch from David Starkey - Starmer Is Unfit To Be Prime Minister - youtu.be/Jpbx1aFc4w4?si=QV6iKVz2hZt1kwje - just read so many of the comments underneath as well. Everyone is saying these things, not just the right, the centre and the left are too. Starkey warned before the election too.

Plenty on the Left have been saying this about Starmer for years.

Blair might be a lot of things but he kept the left figuratively onside - Tony Benn in his diaries says that he expected to be kicked out of the party but never was. Starmer has basically kicked out or seriously sidelined anyone with any bit of socialism in them. And people are calling HIM a socialist!

It's comical that Starmer walked over to have a word with Farage over Trump.

Starmer knows he is bollocked and Trump knows about the Tweets Lammy posted about Trump. I love to see Lammy squirm like a school bully who gets a decking from the person he picks on. Lammy should also be in prison for his own Tweets.

Trump will insult Starmer and Starmer would no doubt take it as a compliment. Will the media call people from Clacton Far Right if they want a selfie with Trump?

I've never seen a Prime Minister or any other cabinet member cross the floor like that and walk into the opposition benches. Maybe Starmer was feeling homesick and wanted to return to his natural place where he belongs again.

I don't know how any Labour member accepts the utterly vile Starmer as their leader.

His recent history is being ignored..the deceptive and dreadful manner where Jeremy Corbyn treated him fairly while all the time Starmer was planning to stab him in the back.

To think he got a massive number of seats with less votes than Corbyn got twice is a tragedy.

I see he just supped with the totally creepy Israeli Ambassador who has called for the death of all Palestinian children describing them as "snakes".

When did this all become normal?

He did call Rishi "Prime Minister" and "PM" for a few weeks after Starmer won the election.

Starmer is probably hoping that Farage will be the go-between. Trump will probably be use NY wit to confuse Starmer. With New Yorkers it's hard to tell if they are serious or they are being ironic. If they hate you, you will know about it.

It was more than enough. It's like when Obama called his wife "Big Mike" and "Michael".

It's offensive if it's intended to offend, which this was.

No it wasn't. He did it THREE times during one PMQ's and again the following week at least once.

Of course Starmer is illiterate. He didn't notice his black hole before the election when allowed to see the books.

You can see quite clearly he's struggling after just 5 months. The body language, the excuses, the latest reset. This is no man of action who's going to fix anything, but he's going to break plenty during his one and only term of office, however long it lasts.

Starmer is only staying because he is a globalist. His paymaster's are giving him instructions.

Funny how he picked a common crook to be incharge of transport. Who's only goal was to please her friends in the unions. Bus fares are going by 50% above inflation, no doubt the train fares will go up by 50%.
