Wales get Belgium and Kazakstan and Scotland get either Denmark or Portugal. The system is rigged against teams not ranked. The lower ranked teams have to play in groups with giants and never progress whilst those thave have been ranked get easy groups and always progress, thus maintaining their ranking. Its all so that the larger nations reach the finals.
