Strikes me that the Chinese businessman accused by the media and Government would NOT want his anonymity lifted if he was guilty. People normally want anonymity when they know they are liable to be exposed as crooks or spies or fundamentally dishonest. And Judges are aware of this. Watch this tale develop.
