The Establishment has always allowed terrible unfairness to exist especially with corrupt police tactics.

And the same in Oz where various police forces have been corrupted such as Victoria which has been infiltrated by the terrifying Italian Mafia group Ndrangheta over decades of immigration..the same force ran the totally corrupt Cardinal Pell trial after he began investigating Ndrangheta corruption in Vatican finance.

And Sydney still doing it with police dropping "alleged" from recent press releases on a charged former radio star and of course the old "victims".

Decades of corruption and Royal Commissions have taught them nothing.

The brilliant solicitor handling the radio star used to drive around Sydney with a number plate saying VERBAL as the cops used to stitch up 100s of people with false confessions before recording came in.

A colony that imported corruption on scale from the Mother Country despite some brilliant progressive British Governors being sent to clean up the joint.

The only time I've been breathalyzed in London was when I came out of the Marquee with the owner Simon and got into my lovely little Mini and was stopped just down the road

I always had a NSW driving license along with a British one..the Aussie one for just such an occasion.

When the police looked at it they chortled away and said .."this is Britain not the legendary corrupt NSW".
Such a cheek.

Oh yes Hedda - check out Vile Pervert The Musical where I show how, in the days before video but when tapes recorded audio, cops used to do things like gestures and flashing ties during taped interviews so "victims" could say "I remember his front door was painted blue" when it hadn't been at the time but the cop's tie was.

I think a mutual deceased friend actually had his front door painted several times in Fulham over such fears.
