Please read this. You won't believe it can happen in the UK. You won't believe so few traditional media outlets pick up on it.

Starmer won't take a reputational risk of a released IPP prisoner hitting the headlines, despite, ironically, already, not having much of a reputation to protect.

90 suicides is shocking and heart-breaking....

Sorry JK. Just read it. Unbelievable. This --Thomas White, who set himself alight in his cell after serving 12 years for stealing a phone---just one example. WTAF. I did put up a post about Open prisons a few days ago here. Closed prisons are not fit for purpose. The media in general don't care about the Thomas Whites of this world. No Justice. No reform. No rehabilitation. Nothing but despair.

Just how many more institutionalised scandals is this country of ours putting up with? It's one thing after another.

Britain has a very dark underbelly. So much for the human rights act, or the ECHR. Selective aren't they.

Grubby politicians should not be playing politics with peoples lives. Everyone deserves hope, and answers.

I had heard of this IPP scandal, forget where I sourced it from, it takes your breath away to discover such things happen here.
