Tony Slattery, actor/comedian/tv personality, has passed away aged just 65 after a heart attack on Sunday night. Once a familiar face on TV shows such as Whose Line Is It Anyway? in the late 80's and 90's he was one of those familiar faces who just seemed to vanish aqt one point. Once he had dark good looks but he really had aged quite terribly and was almost unrecognisable. A member of the Cambridge footlights set along with Stephen Fry, Hugh Laurie and Emma Thompson, he didn't quite scale their heights later on.

He was a manic depressive with bipolar and also had issues with drink and drug use during his life.
