Just like the crazed Austrian in the late 30s Trump is now deciding what is culture and the arts and what is now acceptable.

Imagine the headline acts at the newly launched Trump Centre (with a souvenir shop selling MAGA hats and Trumpy trash bracelets etc) : Kid Rock? Snoop Dog, Loretta Lynn?
Maybe Mel Gibson or Chuck Norris giving a soliloquy.

Or even the real president Elon Musk who went on a twitter / X rampage last night for 4 hours posting as "Harry Bolz" rabbiting disparagingly about circumcision (odd for an Israeli fan).

Government in safe hands.

Loretta Lynn was a Republican Hedda. Kid Rock has made some very good albums. I can name them but I can't name one Snoop Dogg album.

Kid Rock sold was right to perform at venues that didn't require papers like the Nazis in a lot of venues did.

I haven't been to a Kid Rock concert. Even if he did come to the UK his not an artist I would be not queing up for a ticket for. I am seeing Pantera in Scotland

So 1000s of subscriptions to the seasonal Kennedy Centre events have been cancelled by members furious at Trump's takeover.

Perhaps Kid Rock doesn't pull in the punters as expected.

The Kennedy Library is regarded as the epitome of libraries in America and one that other presidents have emulated.

Now shut by Musk's insane Doge loons (who are still looking for the US nuclear weapons experts they fired as no-one else understands how it all works). Along with the Truman Center.

The Obama Library.is digitized so it avoided closure.

But not so the Nixon Library or the Reagan Library. Still open and staff still employed.

The sheer pettiness is mind boggling as is the support received and excuses made for such actions.

So they've closed the Kennedy Library and the Truman Center?! Maybe they should put the books on a bonfire. I'm sure plenty would cheer.
