A European Army to take on Russia. So he wants to trigger a wider conflict that will inevitably end in a devastated Europe. The UK a tiny island, could be completely destroyed with Putin's Satan 2 in just 7 minutes. Zelensky does not want peace. He hails Israel , and claims Netanyahu to be the very epitome of Valiance I do not like Zelensky. The only outcome is peaceful negotiation with Putin. Or destruction. But to want to drag the whole of Europe into a devastating conflict should be met with slammed doors and a finger pointing toward a table. It begs the questions .. has Zelensky become as intoxicated by war as Putin has? And where is his concern for the safety of his own people? Ask any Ukrainian. They only want peace.

It will never happen DSC but do agree with you. Also, it is clear, a war against Russia could end up being a war against Russia and also the US and who knows China as well with Trump around. Barking mad times.
"“He who saves his country does not violate any law”
I'm actually trembling reading a statement like this with several judges over-turning his Executive Orders on the basis they are illegal and breach the law.
Which several have.
Only Congress and the Senate can make Federal law in America.
A president can neither make or break law.
I really think he will defy one of these judges.
Of course he has a right to challenge the judge's claims via the courts but would lose just as he lost his Executive Order in 2017 banning Muslims entering the US which a court over-turned.
If he just carries on and ignores a Federal judge then it's game over. It's the beginning of the end of the Republic and the separation of powers.
Maybe sane Republican minds will prevail but are there any?

Reports say 120,000 Russian troops are stationed at the Belarus border.

I kind of find it hard to agree with much of this as things stand DSC, and have read this item tonight;
"ARMY OF EUROPE" NEEDED TO CHALLENGE RUSSIA, SAYS ZELENSKY.
Zelenskyy's begging bowls are no doubt slowly becoming empty, his wife has expensive shopping habits. Biden Admin gave Ukraine hundreds of billions of dollars and the USA is trillions of dollars in debt.

Barking mad times. Aggression spawns aggression Wyot. Maybe Zelensky should have a Referendum asking his people if they want to be part of Russia or not. The living standards of many Ukrainians has in fact dropped since 91. Many on poverty wages. I'm not condoning Putin either. Not the man or his actions. He's a killer. I was hoping he'd be defeated from within, but that isn't going to happen. Talk is the only way. To this end Trump is completely right. May disagree with him on everything else.

Well yes on the face of it talk is "good" but if the dialogue is weighted and destined prior to the talks; this is not so much talk as dictating.
I'm not sure this is what people mean when they say talking is "good".
Perhaps that dictating may immediately stop some fighting. But that won't necessarily lead to peace. It may lead to wider and longer war involving more parties. Or perhaps it will lead to longer term cessation.
Unlike most it seems, I find it all too complicated to predict. But would caution people about assuming that Trump getting people to "talk" in itself will lead to positive outcomes.
That is a big jump.
His ego is a very fragile thing indeed; and his loyalties based around personality rather than political exigencies.
The USA may have freezed aid to Ukraine but many countries are still give to them. Starmer is probably asking around the hotels if the newcomers have cocked their guns and ready to go. College campuses are no doubt prepping for Army recruitment days.
