1) Surely HAMAS must return ALL hostages now. 2) Who are these hundreds of prisoners Israel are "releasing" - why were they detained in the first place? 3) Am I imagining it or did a majority of citizens in certain Eastern parts of Ukraine want to be Russian, years ago, and were they repressed?

Who cares who called who first? Negotiation MUST be a good thing. Both sides in Ukraine should stop killing NOW whilst discussions go on. Zelensky's stupid "Europe will be next" argument does him no favours.
