I have no idea why the BBC keep choosing stars from the 1980s for shows and TV revival concerts. The 1980s was a magical decade for music and people were more upbeat and chilled.
Carol Decker I saw her on a package gig, she was extremely average and rushed through about 4 hit songs in about 15 minutes then just walked off with no acknowledgement or any kind of rapport with the audience. Limahl was a joke and still seems to be one now. I am amazed that the BBC don't telecast an Air Supply concert for good measure - but their songs are very wordy for many.
