Ideal World 1 Month, 1 Week ago
No religion. Of any denomination. No left or right wings -Airplanes not included. Education to be immersive and one to one. Youngsters strengths identified by 14, and in a work environment by 18 in a profession they will excell at. No leader. A People's One World Parliament. No prisons. Crime almost non existent. The Justice System devoid of crackpot lawyers and allegiances. No nukes, bombs, or guns. Housing and food a human right for everyone. Zero famine. Jonathan King Head of Media. Equality for all including animals. Pigs,Sheep. Chickens, Cows bred for consuming but in pristine and humane conditions. Every able bodied person required to work on the land one day per week picking fruit and veg. Elon Musk sent to Mars....

I agree with some of your views Cat.

Why no prisons or guns, guns are controversial to many but why ban them? JK Head of Entertainment would have been something, he would have saved the UK pop scene if he had the EMI job. Glasto is becoming more of a joke but The Searchers are retiring on a high note, I agree with the members that the motorways are becoming a pain for gigs and also motorways are becoming the new Wild West

I love the concept of picking crops.

I than yow GM. Well of course in the ideal world there would be virtually no crime, and perhaps prisons far from rehabilitating perhaps produce more crime. It's a theory. The 'Guilty' would be tagged and allowed to take part in productive roles within the new and brave society. Rather than shutting them out. JK--yes I now appoint him Head of Entertainment. Do we really need guns? Would we need them without religion, borders etc.? Would have to think long and hard about potential subversives who might try to undermine it all and power grab. But I think in the main many problems would be eradicated.

Still conflicted or biased towards firearms.

I was a gun owner for many years. Where now rural crime is high like car and house break ins, I handed them to over to the police. I couldn't deal with paperwork to sell them privately.

No religion does sound fantastic.

Hey there Pussycat I sgree with much of what you propose and I have thought all my life a "one world government" (sorry Green Man) could be ideal (especially if it was run by socialist Scandinavians...(also cheap and plentiful French Champagne for the masses ) but now I worry that an absolute scary goon like Trump could rise to the top.

He's already up-heaving the world without even leaving the USA.

I don't like 'em GM. Very much an 'Ideal World' perhaps. A passive and peaceful Mankind is after all pie in the sky. Which why there are game hunters of course. lol.

If you hate fascists and want them gone you are then a fascist GM? If you hate war, cancer, cruelty, rudeness, bullying, pollution this makes you a fascist?

Not at all GM. Can you be fascist banning guns? I Don't think so. The biggest most single outrage would be preventing people from worshipping a God. But I would stamp on any attempt to form a cult. Which all religions are. It's a tough call. Restricting a freedom to allow more freedom. But I'm not sure religion spells freedom. This is why we will never live in the ideal world. For every plus someone will find a minus.

Trying to create an "ideal world" without God/religion in the 20th century, led to the worst mass killings the world has yet to see.

I suspect the current cult of "freedom" to worship the self only will, in time, lead to the wholesale destruction of our species.
